If you submit the prospective client intake form, use the contact page, or otherwise reach out through this Site, I collect the information you choose to provide. I use this information solely to evaluate whether I may be able to assist you, to run conflict checks, and to respond to your inquiry. As stated throughout this Site, submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include highly sensitive or confidential details unless and until representation has been confirmed in writing.
